The hotel I stayed in during my business trip was a great value for the price. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. I appreciated the free shuttle bus that took me directly to the train station. The hotel's location, while not in a bustling area, made it easy to travel to other cities for business meetings.
The hotel itself felt a bit outdated, with some amenities in need of an update. The lack of in-room Wi-Fi might be a downside for some guests, as the lobby Wi-Fi could be slow at times.

Easy walk to a bus stop, exactly what I wanted. This hotel is an excellent home base for a city trip in Osaka. The location was very close to everything I wanted to do. I dined at Restaurant Season, that is just 800 feet away.
Too small room.

Staff were friendly & breakfast was RICH. Good value - no reason to complain. The place was just 1 mile from Don Quijote Juso.

Good and quiet location, pleasant environment.
Extremely difficult to find the shuttle bus stop at the Shin-Osaka station, even though a detailed guide available on the hotel page.

Located near the Shin, Osaka train station, this hotel is on opposite sides of the street on the north side of the station. There are multiple convenience stores and 24, hour noodle shops within walking distance. the hotel offers a shuttle bus service that brings you directly to the closeby Osaka Shinkansen station.
There were no English instructions on the TV, making it difficult to navigate.

Very happy with this hotel. The shuttle bus made it really easy for us to get around. The room was bit small but enough for two people. Good value for money for a hotel in the heart of the city. Hotel let us check in an hour early too.
Checking our later cost 2000 yen for an hour not worth it but hotel agreed to keep our bags till we needed to leave.

As someone who loves clean hotel spaces, I was impressed by how meticulous the housekeeping staff were in maintaining this hotel's standards. The transportation options were adequate, particularly with the location being close to the subway station. the hotel's facilities were great, and I had everything I needed right on the premises.
Absolutely nothing.

We had a good value city break in this hotel. the room was surprisingly big and had everything we needed. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the hotel is in a good location for exploring the city with easy access to public transport.
We were woken up several times during the night by noise from other guests. the hotel lacked atmosphere and was quite sterile, with no real character to it.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for me, situated in a quiet residential area near the train station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The free shuttle service to the station was a convenient bonus, especially when I had a lot of luggage. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had excellent room service and laundry facilities, which added to the overall convenience of my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
